Square tube – fiberglass

Top Glass manufactures SQUARE TUBE TRIGLASS®  structural beam made in composite material (GRP – FRP – CFRP). Our beams can be reinforced with fiberglass and/or carbon and they represent one of the pultruded structural profiles made by Top Glass.
They are partially available from stock in length 6.000 mm and in grey color.
Above all these structural  profiles are particularly popular in corrosive environments. They are used in galvanizing processes; chemical, petrochemical and water treatment systems. They can be also used for cooling towers; offshore installations; construction areas and the inside of underground transport system tunnels.
Furthermore they are popular in situations requiring mechanical performance combined with resistance to corrosion, insulation, lightness and elasticity. Because of their mechanical characteristics, they are used for constructing scaffolding during building renovations, deck framing and pedestrian bridges.
As a result, they offer outstanding ease of assembly and maintenance free performance compared to other materials such as wood or metal.

Top Glass is able to offer these products on request in compliance with the technical specifications of the European Standard EN 13706-E23. See our news about our TRIGLASS® High Performance profiles, specifically designed for structural applications.
Last but not least, Top Glass has developed an AQVA TRIGLASS® version which has been certified in accordance with the French ACS. Attestation de Conformité Sanitaire of 29/05/1997 and its updates. This means it is suitable for contact with water intended for human consumption and can be used for use in water treatment systems.
