EVENTS: SOLIDAYS & TOP GLASS FOR SOCIAL

Top Glass is glad to announce its participation at the Solidays 2011 edition, a solidal music festival sponsored by Solidarité Sida, which will take place on June 24th, 25th and 26th, in Paris, Hippodrome de Longchamp.

For this event, in collaboration with Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (ENPC), a specific fiberglass GridShell structure has been projected to ensure the necessary support functions during the festival.

SPECIAL PROJECT: CONSTRUCTION
As widely reported, the earthquake of 2009 caused extensive damage throughout the province of l’Aquila. S.Maria Paganica Church was badly affected by the destructive force of the earthquake. In order to preserve the original structure that remained and to protect the artworks housed there, it was necessary to design and erect a roof to protect it in a way that took into account the seismic characteristics of the territory.
