Pullwinding technology is very similar to traditional pultrusion and is used exclusively to produce forma tubes.
In pullwinding, fiberglass roving is wound around a longitudinal roving core. After polymerization of the resins in a heated die, as in traditional pultrusion, a profile with superior stiffness is obtained due to the double winding of the fibers.
